How does data residency work?
All processing happens in Frankfurt and Munich data centres. Your portfolio data never leaves the EU. SOC 2 Type II and DSGVO audit reports available on request.
Do you replace our lease management system?
No. Laden OS is a system of record for location decisions — not a lease or property management platform. We integrate with Planon, MRI, Yardi, and others.
Where does the data come from?
A mix of public sources (census, zoning, cadastre), commercial partners (mobility, payment, footfall), and your own data (existing store performance, pipeline).
Can we bring our own scoring model?
Yes. Continental and Enterprise plans let you define custom scoring templates per brand with your own weights and data inputs.
